Time your AI concierge spends in a live voice session, from connect to hang-up. Minutes reset on your billing date and don’t roll over. Text chat never uses them: it’s unlimited on every paid plan. If you run out, voice pauses and the concierge carries on in text until your next cycle. We never bill overage.
No, and we’d rather say so up front. 0% is our platform fee: on Pro and Studio we take nothing from your sales, tips or bookings. Stripe still charges its card-processing fee on each payment (2.9% + 30¢ for most US cards), and that goes to Stripe, not us. Starter’s 9% and Creator’s 4% are charged on top of Stripe’s fee.
Google Wallet passes work now, on every plan. Apple Wallet passes are built and waiting on Apple’s developer approval; they switch on for every plan when it lands.
Cards come with yearly billing: one engraved card on Creator, a custom metal card on Pro, five custom cards on Studio. Choose your engraving once the plan starts; cards ship tracked in 4–8 business days and arrive ready to tap.
Those capabilities are part of the plan you buy, at no extra cost, and are rolling out to subscribers in order of sign-up. Everything without the tag works from day one. If an early-access feature you bought the plan for hasn’t reached you, yearly plans stay refundable in full for 30 days.
Paying for the year saves at least 20% on every plan: $48 a year on Creator, $120 a year on Pro and $360 a year on Studio. It’s also what includes the NFC card.
Any time. Your profile, links and QR code stay live on Starter and your NFC card keeps working; the 9% platform fee applies again to new sales. Yearly plans are refundable in full for 30 days.
