Before you order.

When will it arrive?

Standard tracked shipping takes 4–8 business days and is free on orders of $100 or more ($5 below that). Express by DHL or FedEx takes 1–3 business days for $15. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, the UAE, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and India.

What does the chip actually hold?

One NDEF record: a short link, imknownas.com/c/ and an 8-character code. It forwards to your page, where your profile, number, photo and AI concierge live, so you change the page, never the card. A lost card can be switched off without touching your link.

Do metal cards still tap?

Yes. Metal reflects radio, so on steel and gold the chip and antenna sit on a ferrite layer that keeps the field away from the metal and the read reliable.

How deep is the engraving?

Engraved cards (steel, gold, carbon fibre, bamboo) are laser-engraved 0.15 mm deep. Matte PVC is laser-etched with a raised UV spot-gloss dot.

How does volume pricing work?

Per design: order 5 or more of one design and each is 15% off; 10 or more and each is 25% off. The bag shows the discount before you pay.

How do I link the card to my profile?

Cards arrive ready to activate: tap one with your phone, sign in, and it attaches to your imknownas page.
